Cancellations
- No cancellations for any orders with pre-order items.
- Cancellations for in-stock items must be done within 48 hours upon placing the order, sale will be final if 48 hours have passed and you haven't emailed me to cancel.
- Please email me immdediately if there was a mistake with your order.
Preorder and Shipping
- Manufacturing often takes 4-6 weeks. Orders with combined preorder items and in stock items will only ship out once all merch is with me. Check Pre-Order Updates page for info regarding your order.
Customs and Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- USA import taxes and duties are handled by the courier for the customer's convenience.
Change in Address
- Please update me immediately if there's a change in address as I will not be liable if your package gets lost or returned to me due to a change in address.
Mail Concerns
- Once an order is shipped, it's out of my hands and I do not offer refunds. You may track your mail through 17track
- Please coordinate with your local post office if there are delays with your package or if your package was not able to be delivered to your chosen address.
- If a shipped order bounces back to me, I will contact the customer about it. If the error is due to a wrong address/customer refusing to pay any customs fee, you'll have to shoulder the shipping fee again.
