Currently unable to ship to Afghanistan, Russia, Haiti, and Ukraine


This shop is for customers residing outside the Philippines. For Philippine residents or those with a Philippine shipping address, please shop using this form.

Ships from the Philippines via Asendia and PHLPOST(only for South Asia and Southeast Asia). In-stock orders are dispatched to my courier every Wednesday and will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Estimated Transit Time:
Asia-10-14 days
America and Europe: 20-30 days

*You will be notified if there are any delays due to weather/change in customs policy/holiday delays etc.

Cancellations

  • No cancellations for any orders with pre-order items.
  • Cancellations for instock items must be done within 48 hours upon placing the order, sale will be final if 48 hours have passed and you haven't emailed me to cancel. 
  • Please email me immdediately if there was a mistake with your order.

Preorder and Shipping

  • Manufacturing often takes 2-3 weeks. Orders with combined preorder items and in stock items will only ship out once all merch is with me. Check Pre-Order Updates page for info regarding your order. 

Customs and Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Change in Address

  • Please update me immediately if there's a change in address as I will not be liable if your package gets lost or returned to me due to a change in address.

Mail Concerns

  • Once an order is shipped, it's out of my hands and I do not offer refunds. You may track your mail through ship24 , 17track , or Asendia.

  • Please coordinate with your local post office if there are delays with your package or if your package was not able to be delivered to your chosen address. I will notify you via email if your package is in your local post office. 
  • If a shipped order bounces back to me, I will contact the customer about it. If the error is due to a wrong address/customer refusing to pay any customs fee, you'll have to shoulder the shipping fee again. 
  • Please email me and I'll help you! However, if the fault is due to the post office's negligence, I will not offer a refund.
